FATface is looking for a Production Assistant who will help producer team work closely with TDs and manage all incoming media and outgoing deliverables. With the needs of upcoming featured film projects, we are seeking talents to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with pipeline TDs and Producer team to manage all incoming media and outgoing deliverables
- Handle in-coming footages, including checking, organizing, conforming and publishing of materials for VFX production
- Create a functioning environment where the Visual Effects Supervisor can evaluate any version of any visual effects shot in the current sequences
- Manage and document the changes of editing made in VFX side, and prepare related materials for film editor to inform on the update
- Prepare materials for updating the cut version on Shotgrid
- Assisting on preparing vfx final delivery materials
- Helping on administrative works
- Assist on preparing VFX final delivery materials
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Determination to learn
- Have strong expertise in editing software such as DaVinci editing software, Premiere pro, After Effect, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro.
- Working knowledge of Nuke, Shotgrid and Tweak RV is considered and asset
- Understanding of techniques, file formats, colour-space, software and technology relating to the live action visual effects
- Proficient in MS Word/Excel and Chinese word processing
- Well-organized, detail minded and able to work independently
- Being well organized and with high attention to detail
- Being able to deliver high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines
- Occasional outdoor tasks
- Occasional work over-time
- Knowledge of Design / Animation / Film industry is advantage but NOT essential
- Positive and can-do work attitude
